As a Lakeland and Orlando area wedding photographer, I am constantly on the lookout for beautiful locations to capture the special moments of my clients. I found the most gorgeous place when I went camping recently at Lake Louisa State Park in the heart of Lake County, FL. I knew it was the perfect location for Melanie & Christopher’s joyful, sunset engagement session Fun fact: when I sent the email to Melanie asking if they’d like to do their session at Lake Louisa in Clermont, she opened the email as they were at the park too.

Melanie and Christopher arrived at the park dressed in their first outfit, a formal attire that exuded elegance and sophistication. We started the session with a series of romantic shots of the couple walking along the white sand trails, admiring the breathtaking views of the lake. As the sun began to set, we captured some stunning images of the couple as the warm, golden light bathed them in a soft glow.
After the formal shots, the couple changed into a more relaxed outfit, which perfectly reflected their fun-loving personalities. They laughed and danced on the dock, and the joy in their eyes was infectious. They were truly in their element, and it was a pleasure to capture the love and connection that they share.

They were past referrals from previous wedding clients, and it’s such a joy to be a part of their special day and bonus that I get to see one of my past couples and their sweet baby boy!
